Rent & charging

Rent includes:

• A first-class sound system
• Set up
• 2 hours technical support
• 1 barkeeper
• 2 hours administrative effort
• Final cleaning 

Every additional hour of technical support will be invoiced at chf 60.-/h, those of the bar personnel at chf 38.-/h per person, and admin support at chf 50.-/h.

We also gladly put our security team at your disposition: chf 55.-/h, team size will be planned to match your event's requirements.

Duration of reantl: 21h00 - 4h00, changes in duration can be agreed.

Drinks & Catering

Drinks and catering can only be provided by Hive. Cost for catering will be agreed upon.

Our catering offers you 2 attractive options:

• L'Ultimo Bacio provides North-Italian products and delicacies from their own organic shop
• Henta Haerter, our chef, will prepare fresh & individual dishes for a lavish buffet.

Equipment:

• Tables chf 22.-
• Plates/cutlery chf 5.- per person
• Table cloth small chf 5.-
• Table cloth big chf 8.-

Technical Equipment:

Every comb comes with a high-end sound system which is included in the rent (for CDs only).

We also provide:

• Turntables (MK2), chf 80.-
• CD player, chf 80.- speed can be regulated
• Microphone chf 30.-
• Videobeamer Philipps, Fr. 240.-
• DVD player,chf 70.-
• Projector,chf 30.-
• UV light, mirror globes, spots, light effects etc.. upon request

Decoration

If required Hive can provide decoration services. Costs will be charged on a time and material basis.

Terms & Conditions

All prices exluding 7.6% VAT.

The rent has to be paid in advance to the account of Katakombe GmbH.

Should any additional costs incur, they mnust be paid within 10 days after invoicing.
