Conditions for room usage at Hive.
The usage only includes those rooms that have been rented for the agreed duration. All other rooms incl. parking spaces and outside area are excluded from usage.
The rent covers the designated rooms, the set up, 2 hours technical support (additional hours will be charged at chf 60.00 per hour), 1 barkeeper, final cleaning plus 2 hours of administrative effort (additional hours will be charged at chf 50.00 per hour).
Events must be finished by the agreed time.
Hive management is entitled to withdraw a prior authorization at short notice or to terminate an ongoing event with immediate effect if the above conditions are being disregarded or violated.
Hive management excludes any liability for accidents
The tenant ensures that:
- Emergency exits are accessible at all times.
- No open fire will be lit inside or outside Hive premises (e.g. fireworks, barbecue grill).
- Decorations may be mounted in agreement with Hive management if they are in line with requirements from the fire police requirements. Any cost resulting from decorations including breakup will be charged to the tenant.
- Noise emission remains within the current values set for "Lärmschutzzone 2".
- Directions from staff and police officers or Securitas personnel will be obeyed under any circumstances.
- Any potential damages resulting from or in relation with the event will be covered by the tenant i.e. that appropriate insurance cover is secured in advance.
- Parking spaces will remain free apart from loading and unloading material from cars (those are occupied by fixed tenants).
Food and beverages are not included in the rent. Any such wishes will be negotiated directly between the tenannt and Hive management.
Catering and drinks for the event will be provided by Hive. Should the tenant prefer another agreement he or she will compensate Hive management to a reasonable extent.
